The NT Pinyin bible is a traditional Chinese/Pinyin interlinear bible.
The handbook and CD are designed for those who already know some Mandarin and want to polish their Mandarin. It includes lessons on the
vowel and consonant sounds of Chinese, practice using the four tones, rules for Pinyin, basic conversations, and selected bible verses for listening comprehension. Speaking of the four tones, did you know that if there are two consecutive words with third tone, the first word should read second tone? Such as NI3 Hao3 (how are you?) should be Ni2 Hao3. If there are three consecutive words with third tone, the first two word should read second tone? Such as Ni3 Hen3 Hao3 (You are very good.) should actually read Ni2 Hen2 Hao3.
